It is important for us to hold as high quality on our deliveries as on our products. We have therefore chosen to work exclusively with the Swedish post office (Posten Norden) that is known for delivering always on time. Place your order before 16:00 CET Monday to Friday and we will send your package the same day!

We accept orders from all over the world when paying with Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard.

When you submit your order we will e-mail you a preliminary order confirmation. When your order has been packed we will send you the final order confirmation, also by e-mail. You can also look at your member page for information about your order.
Additional fee for shipping will be added to your order. The amount depends on where you live:
Within the Nordic countries: 4-5 Euro
Rest of the European Union: 6 Euro
Russia: 9 Euro
Outside the European Union: 16 Euro (Australia: 29 Euro)
Customers outside EU
Our customers from Åland and/or other countries that are not members of the EU may have to pay an extra tax and/or fee depending on the order’s value and weight.
This extra fee is paid by the customer when receiving the order. Therefore, we compensate these customers with a 20% discount.
Approximate delivery time
Outside EU (excl. Norway): 10 working days
Within EU (excl. Finland): 5 working days
The Nordics countries: 1-3 working days
We cooperate with Swedish post office (Post Nord) to deliver your order. This is due to their fast and safe deliveries.

Returns / Exchanges
In cases you would like to make an exchange or a refund of the purchased products, the following rules apply. You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The products must be in a non-used condition. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer, however if you make an exchange, the shipping cost for the new item back to you is paid by Babyshop.com. Wrong or damaged item
Regarding possible reclamations Babyshop.com follows Swedish law “Konsumentköpslagen”, (visit www.konsumentverket.se to learn more). Always contact us at +46 (0)8-663 50 60 or firstname.lastname@example.org before you send the item back. The item must be returned within 14 days together with an explanation of the damage or defect of the item. Don’t forget to save your receipt when shipping the order back to us so we can pay you back for the shipping cost.
