General conditions for members
These conditions regulates your membership at babyshop.se. A member is a person who has registered via email and has received a confirmation from babyshop.se.

Personal particulars
All the personal files you leave on the site are used only for our costumer relation. When you become a member at babyshop.se you will be registered. By law we must inform you of this. Babyshop.se will not hand out any personal files to a third part unless the member approves. In cases like fraud personal files will be handed out to police or any other authority (for ex. court) if such is needed. All your files will stay with us and is not selled further. No one but babyshop.se and you will be able to know what type of data you have given to us.

 
Period of validity
Once registered as a member you will remain as a member at babyshop.se until either you or babyshop.se terminates your membership. Babyshop.se reserves the right to change membership terms.

No obligations
The membership is free of charge and you can at any time terminate your membership.

Newsletter
When you register as a member you can choose to receive a newsletter from babyshop.se or any other offers we may send out, you can at any time terminate your subscription.
