Delivery terms

We accept orders from all over the world when paying with Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard.   

                             

If your country is not available on the member page please contact us at info@babyshop.com.

Our customers from Norway, Åland and/or other countries that are not members of the EU may have to pay an extra tax and/or fee depending on the order’s value and weight.

This extra fee is paid by the customer when receiving the order. Therefore, we compensate these customers with a 20% discount.

Terms of delivery

When you submit your order we will send you an affirmation via email and then another one when your order has been packed. You can also look at your member site for more information about your order.

 

Shipping cost

Additional shipping fee will be added, the amount depends on where you live:

 

Within the nordic countries: 4-5 euro

Rest of the European Union: 6 euro

Outside the European Union: 16 euro

Return

In Case you would like to make an exchange or a refund the following rules apply. You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The products must be in a non-used condition.

 

Wrong or damaged item

Babyshop.se follows the Swedish law “konsumentköpslagen” regarding possible reclamations. The item must be returned within 14 days. You must reveal the damage or defect of the item. You should always save your receipt. It will be sent to your email address when confirming your order.

 

In case of dispute

In case of dispute we will follow “allmänna reklamationsnämndens” regulations.
