What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of secure payment methods. All available options for your specific country will be displayed at checkout. Our primary payment partners and methods include:

Credit & Debit Cards

• We accept most major cards, including VISA, American Express (only US customers), Mastercard, JCB, Diners, and Discover.

Why is my card payment not going through?

If your card payment is declined, it is often for one of the following reasons:

• International Purchase Restrictions: Our warehouse and payment processors are based in Sweden. Please contact your bank to ensure your card is enabled for international and online purchases, as this is the most common cause for a payment issue.

• Incorrect Information: Please double-check that all details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, have been entered correctly.

• Unsupported Card Type: While we accept most major cards, some domestic or prepaid cards may not be supported by our payment system.

If the issue persists, we recommend trying an alternative payment method or contacting your bank for more information.

Can I use a gift card?

We do not currently sell new gift cards. However, if you have an existing gift card, it can be used at checkout as long as it is within its validity period.

Please note: Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
