Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes, we do. If an item you purchased goes on sale on our website within 14 days of your order date, you are eligible for a price match.

Conditions for Price Match:

• The item must be the exact same model, color, and size.

• The item must be in stock on our website at the time of your request.

• Price matching cannot be combined with discount codes or other offers.

• The price match applies only to the item's price on our website, not prices on other websites.

How to Request a Price Match:

1. After you have received your order, contact our Customer Service team.

2. Provide your order number and a link or screenshot of the item showing the new, lower price on our website.

3. If approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Do you offer a maternity guarantee?

We understand that life can take unexpected turns. To support our customers during difficult times, we offer a maternity guarantee.

Our Guarantee: In the unfortunate event of pregnancy loss, we offer an extended return period for all unused products in their original packaging. This guarantee allows for free returns for up to four weeks after the date of loss, even if our standard 30-day return window has passed.

How to Use the Guarantee: Please contact our Customer Service team to make use of this guarantee. A family member is also welcome to contact us on your behalf. We handle these cases with the utmost care and sensitivity.
