How do I make a return?

You can return items within 30 days of your order's dispatch date. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and fast process:

  1. Register Your Return: Start by registering the items you wish to return in our online returns portal.

  2. Prepare Your Package: To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and seals intact. Please ensure:

    • Items are packed in their original, undamaged product packaging (e.g., a shoebox).

    • The return label is not taped directly onto the product packaging. Please use an outer bag or box for shipping.

    • All accessories and manuals that came with the item are included.

  3. Ship Your Return: Print your return label and attach it to the package. Drop the package off at your nearest service point.

    • Printer-Free Option: Some carriers offer a return by QR code. If this option is available for your return, it will be shown in the portal.

    • Proof of Return: Please save your return tracking number until your refund has been processed. As the customer, you are financially responsible for the return shipment.


What are the return fees?

A standard return fee is deducted from your refund for each return shipment. If you send multiple returns from the same order, a fee will be charged for each package.

What are the conditions for an approved return?

  • General Condition: All items must be in their original, unused condition. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged (e.g., stained) will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Product packaging (like a shoebox) must be returned undamaged and in a resalable condition.

  • Hygiene Products: For health and hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, nursing pads, and hair accessories cannot be returned.

    Exceptions: Nursing bras may be returned if they have been tried on with nursing pads. Swimwear may be returned if it has been tried on over underwear.

  • Safety Products: For safety reasons, assembled strollers and car seats cannot be returned. You have the right to open the packaging to check the product (e.g., its color), but the return right is voided upon assembly.


What happens if my return is not approved?

If we receive a returned item that does not meet the conditions of our return policy (e.g., it is used, stained, missing tags, or has damaged packaging), it cannot be approved for a full refund.

In these cases, someone from our customer service department will contact you. We reserve the right to deduct a market value reduction fee from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value or, in some cases, return the item to you at your expense.

Market value reduction fees for damaged/used returns:

  • Denmark: 100 DKK

  • Finland: 10 EUR

  • Norway: 100 NOK

  • Sweden: 100 SEK

  • UK: 10 GBP

  • US: 10 USD

  • Other countries: 10 EUR/USD


Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different size or color is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund. This ensures you receive your new product quickly and avoids the risk of it selling out.

If you used a discount on your original purchase, please contact our customer service team after placing your new order, and we will assist with adjusting the price.


How do I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned by following the standard return process. To start the return, you will need the original order number and the email address of the person who purchased the gift. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method and cannot be redirected.


What is the Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)?

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your entire purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you exercise this right for your whole order, we will refund the full order amount, including the original standard shipping cost. However, the standard return fee will still be deducted from your refund. All items must be in their original condition to be eligible. The hygiene and safety exceptions noted in our main return policy also apply here.


When will I receive my refund?

Your return will typically be processed within 14-21 days from the date it arrives at our warehouse.

  • Once your return is approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • After the refund is issued, please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Klarna Payments: If you paid with Klarna, we recommend pausing your invoice in the Klarna app while your return is being processed to avoid payment reminders.

I haven't received my refund. What should I do?

If it has been more than 21 days since your return arrived at our warehouse, please check the following:

  1. Track Your Parcel: Use your return tracking number to confirm the delivery date at our warehouse.

  2. Check Your Email (including Spam Folder): Look for a return confirmation email from us.

  3. Contact Us: If you have confirmed delivery and still have not received a confirmation email or refund, please contact our customer service with your order number and return tracking number for assistance.


International Returns (Non-EU)

For returns from outside the EU, a commercial invoice is required by customs.

  • Using Our Return Label: If you use the prepaid UPS return label provided in our portal, this invoice will be transmitted digitally to the carrier. No further action is needed from you.

  • Using Your Own Carrier: If you choose to use a different carrier, you are responsible for correctly filling out and attaching a commercial invoice to the outside of the package.
