At checkout, click on the field "discount code".
Enter the code and click "add". Keep in mind that you can only use one discount code per order. After the code has been used it is invalid.
Good to know! Our discount codes can be limited to specific products, thresholds and/or campaigns.
In case the price of an item you have purchased changes on our website within 14 days after your order was placed, we will of course help you with a price match. Please contact our customer service team who will assist you with a partial refund of the difference in price.
The following requirements need to be met in order to be eligible for a price match.
It has to be the exact same item and size you purchased that has a different price.
The item needs to be in stock
We only price match towards our own website.
We do not price match towards other websites or companies.
You cannot combine a price match with discount codes or other offers.
It is also not possible to replace one discount code with another, e.g., apply a code with a higher value afterwards.
The price match only refers to the actual price of an item on site (original or markdown).
If your order meets the requirements and you wish to apply a price match;
We kindly ask you to first receive the order.
Contact our Customer Service once you have looked through your order and decided on which item(s) to keep.
Please provide us with a picture of the item with the lower price. We will price match the items you are keeping.
Our 3-for-2 campaign includes the purchase of three items from the same offer page. The discount will then be calculated based on the item with the lowest price. Please note that there are two different views for you as a customer.
In the checkout: You will be shown the discount as a total amount.
If you return an item: The amount of the cheapest item will be evenly distributed in form of a discount across all three items. If you wish to return an item of your 3-for-2 purchase, you will therefore only receive a partial refund for this item.

The guarantee means that if something should go wrong during your pregnancy or at the time of delivery, we will buy back the baby products you purchased from us.
The guarantee is valid up to four weeks after your delivery and is valid on presentation of the order number/account statement. When applying the delivery guarantee, the products must be unused and returned in the original packaging
If you need to make use of the maternity guarantee, please contact our customer service. Relatives of you are also welcome to get in touch if you yourself are unable to get in touch with us. (We reserve the right to ask for a medical certificate.)
