What are your delivery times and fees?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. You will see all available delivery options with their estimated delivery times and associated fees once you proceed to the checkout. The options shown are based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.


What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the following countries:

Austria, Azerbaijan, Ã…land Islands, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA


For customers ordering to the USA

Due to the current administration's new tariffs on imports from various countries, your order is likely to be affected by increased customs and duties fees.

When goods are shipped from Sweden to the U.S. but manufactured in a different country, such as China, you may be required to pay additional taxes or fees in order to get your package through customs. The actual tariff rate depends on the specific product classification under the US International Trade Commission (USITC).

Different categories of products are taxed at different rates, so the exact tariff rate will vary based on the type of goods being imported. We therefore encourage our shoppers to investigate the regulations that apply in the selected country of destination.

As stated in our delivery section, all orders are shipped from Sweden. If you are not able to find information about the origin of a product, feel free to contact our customer service for support.

Please note that if you choose to refuse the package upon import, an administrative fee will be charged along with the standard return shipping fee once your package has been returned to our warehouse. You can find more information about this specific fee in the section "Refused/Uncollected Packages" in our FAQ.


Why haven't I received my products in a single package?

We always try to find the best packaging solution for your order while maintaining our fast delivery times. Therefore, your order may be sent in two or more parcels and at different times.

Our shipping confirmation will state if your order had to be split into different packages.

Please note: Your packages may arrive at the pickup point at different times. If you have chosen home delivery, they may also be delivered to your home on two different occasions.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, a delivery confirmation will be sent to your email with a tracking number. You can track your package with this number on the shipping carrier's website you selected in our checkout when you placed your order.


Can I change my delivery address?

Your order is being processed in our fully automated warehouse. Therefore, as well as for reasons of safety, no changes can be made to the address once the order is placed. If you have any questions regarding your billing or shipping address please contact our customer service.


Can billing and shipping address be in different countries?

For safety reasons the billing address and the shipping address cannot be in different countries.

Please note that you will not be able to place an order if the country in either address differs.


Refused/Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge administrative and shipping fees that arise from uncollected and refused packages.

If you wish to make a return without being charged an additional admin fee, you need to collect the package and register a return online.

This fee will be deducted from the customer's refund through the payment method they used when placing the order. If the purchase amount is less than the administration and shipping fee, the value of the order will be charged.

In case of an incorrect/incomplete address that causes the shipment to be returned to us, the same fee will be charged. For home deliveries, two delivery attempts are normally made. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be charged as well.

Additional information for customers outside of the EU:

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of your order since it is being shipped from Babyshop’s warehouse in Sweden. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:

  • Country/location of origin of the purchased product

  • Local VAT rates

  • Local import taxes, It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked by your local authorities.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

We ship all orders from the EU, therefore taxes and fees may apply if you place an order to a country outside the EU. We always recommend checking with the local customs office for more information.

If you order from Ã…land, the VAT is not included in our product prices. Instead, you pay VAT when you pick up your package.


Can I purchase tax free?

We do not offer Tax Free products.
