Bugaboo has an important safety update regarding the Bugaboo Giraffe high chair.
If the screws attaching the chair’s legs were not fully tightened by the customer during assembly, the screws may loosen over time. In such cases, the chair’s legs can detach from the frame when a child is seated in the baby set and presses against the footrest. This presents a risk of falling. Safety is of utmost importance to ensure the well-being of our customers and their children. To reduce the risk of incorrect screw installation, we have developed a free repair kit.
The repair kit includes:
A redesigned set of screws
An improved Allen key for easier assembly
A step-by-step instruction manual
These updated components are designed to provide better stability. The replacement is easy and can be done at home in just a few minutes. We recommend replacing the current screws with the revised screws in the repair kit, using the new Allen key, and following the manual. Even if you believe your current screws are properly installed, you should follow this procedure.
Bugaboo has created a self-service portal on their website, where you can immediately order your free repair kit by clicking on this link.
In the meantime, if you wish to continue using your Bugaboo Giraffe high chair until you have replaced the screws with the repair kit, you can only do so safely by setting the footrest to its lowest position. You can set the footrest to the lowest position by pressing the two buttons on each side of the footrest while pushing the footrest downward.

At Stoy, we prioritize the safety and quality of our products. We have recently identified an issue with the handlebars on a limited number of our bikes, manufactured under a specific batch number.
It has been discovered that the handlebars on these bikes may be defective, which could lead to reduced stability and a safety risk with prolonged use.

What should you do?
Check if your bike has the specified batch number
The batch number is located on the underside of the bike frame.
If the batch number matches, stop using the bike immediately and contact our customer service or visit your nearest Stoy retailer so we can correct the issue by replacing the handlebars at no cost.
Note: please write "Recalled Stoy bike" in the subject line and attach a picture of the batch number on the label, when contacting us, and we will assist you further with your case.
If you have sold or given away the bike, please contact the new owner and forward this information to them.

At Thule Group, we take quality very seriously and prioritize product safety above all else. We conduct extensive testing to ensure that our Thule products meet all global industry standards and regulations. Unfortunately, we have discovered that the padding of the harness for the Thule RideAlong may contain the flame retardant DecaBDE, which exceeds statutory limits, posing a chemical hazard.
Thule Group is conducting a voluntary recall of all Thule RideAlong bicycle child seats manufactured between March 1, 2021, and October 31, 2023, in cooperation with competent authorities in relevant EU Member States, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Health Canada, and other relevant national authorities.

We ask that you take the following steps immediately. Stop using the Thule RideAlong until you have completed the steps described below.
• You can determine if the bicycle child seat is affected by the recall by the product number and date code located on the underside of the child seat. • Locate the product label underneath the bicycle child seat and read the first line • The product label format is product article number/year/month • Product article number: 100107, Year: 17, i.e., 2017 Month: 10, i.e., October
If you find a QC 2024 label next to the product label, the bicycle child seat has already been inspected and is safe to use regardless of the date.
• Visit Thule's website here to register for the replacement of the harness padding, which will be sent directly to you. • Along with the replacement harness, you will receive instructions on how to replace it and return the affected harness. Do not use the Thule RideAlong until you have received a replacement component and replaced the padding for the affected harness with the spare part.
Please note that you will not be charged for this recall.

By the Finnish authorities LIEWOOD has been imposed to recall WILLOW PACIFIER STRAP- Art nr; 839996, 839998 and 839997 In the Safety Gate Alerts number A12/02535/23 the Finnish authorities find that the pacifier strap has breakable silicone parts which can oppose a serious choking risk, should a child put it into the mouth.
We wish to assure you that both we and the manufacturer of our products have high standards why we regularly and thoroughly check our production.
Please discard the product in accordance with the local environmental regulations for waste disposal and contact our customer service with the following information (Order number ) to get your refund.
The recall applies to Fällgrind wood in sizes 100cm, 120cm, 150cm in the colors natural and white. In tests, the trap door has been shown to have safety deficiencies such as openings and protruding parts that the child can get stuck in and cause a pinching and suffocation risk. The product has been sold from 2019 to 2023.
Because of this, we urge you to immediately stop using the product!
