How do I make a return?

Returns can be made within 30 days after your order has been dispatched. 

  • Please submit your return online

To send the return

  • Pack the item(s) (Due to the automated returns process, you cannot combine multiple returns into the same package.)

  • Drop off the package at the nearest Drop-off Point (save your return tracking number. ) If your package was delivered by Airmee, you can also make a return via their portal or via the text message you received from them when your package was delivered.

  • Once your return has been received, it will be processed and refunded within 14–21 days. If you have an invoice through Klarna, it is possible to pause the invoice in their app while we process your return.

Note: As a customer, you are financially responsible for ensuring that your return is on its way to us. The return cost will be charged in connection with the refund of your return. If you request additional return labels, a return fee per return occasion will apply. The same applies if you have sent the wrong return to our warehouse and wish for the package to be sent back to you. We will charge a shipping fee before the package is sent back to you.

What is an approved return?

  • All returned items must be in original condition and packed in their undamaged original packaging (e.g., shoebox, plastic bag, or product packaging) with the tags still attached to the item.

  • Please note that you are not allowed to stick or tape the return label on the shoe/product box, instead, the package must be wrapped.

  • If the box is damaged or if the tags are missing, and if you have written on the shoe/product box during the return, you will be liable for compensation (see table below) in addition to the return fee.

  • Any accessories and manuals must also be included. Please feel free to use the outer original packaging in which your order arrived when making your return.

  • Items that have been washed, used, or are damaged, e.g., stained, will not be accepted according to our return policy. For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, nursing pads, and hair accessories cannot be returned. (Exceptions are made for returns of nursing bras (if tried with nursing pads) and swimwear (if tried over underwear)).

  • For safety reasons, the return policy does not apply to assembled strollers and car seats. You have the right to open the packaging and check, e.g., the color of the product. If you are unsure whether the return policy applies, please contact our customer service.

  • If you have received an incorrect item or would like to make a complaint, please contact our customer service.

Can I return or register a claim on a gift?

You are welcome to return or make a claim on an item which was gifted to you.

Please make sure to include the order number in your request and the email address which was used for this purchase. Any refund will be made via the same payment method which was used for the purchase and cannot be adjusted.


What applies in case of right of withdrawal?

When purchasing goods from us, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal or without a price tag/tag.

For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, nursing pads and hair accessories cannot be returned. Exceptions are made for returns of nursing bras (if you have tried with nursing pads) and swimwear (that have been tried on over underwear).

Due to safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to mounted strollers and car seats. You have the right to open the packaging and check, for example, the color of the product. If you are unsure whether the right of withdrawal applies, please contact our customer service.

When invoke the right of withdrawal, Babyshop will refund the whole order amount including the original delivery costs. However, the customer is responsible to pay a return fee, for more information about our return fee, please click here

Once your return has been received, it will be processed and refunded within 14–21 days. If you have an invoice through Klarna, it is possible to pause the invoice in their app while we process your return.


I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?

As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment method used when making your order. It may take up to 14-21 business days for our Returns department to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the parcel on the courier’s website.

  • If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.

  • If you have chosen Klarna invoice, the returned goods will be corrected on your invoice. Note: During holiday periods the processing time for your return may exceed 5 business days.


What additional information do I need to include when making a return from a country outside of the EU?

For returns outside of the EU you will need to fill out the commercial invoice, supplied with your order and attach to the outside of the parcel.

Please make sure to also add our Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI) SE5566991542.

The number can be added anywhere on the commercial invoice.
