At Thule Group, we take quality very seriously and prioritize product safety above all else. We conduct extensive testing to ensure that our Thule products meet all global industry standards and regulations. Unfortunately, we have discovered that the padding of the harness for the Thule RideAlong may contain the flame retardant DecaBDE, which exceeds statutory limits, posing a chemical hazard.

Thule Group is conducting a voluntary recall of all Thule RideAlong bicycle child seats manufactured between March 1, 2021, and October 31, 2023, in cooperation with competent authorities in relevant EU Member States, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Health Canada, and other relevant national authorities.

We ask that you take the following steps immediately. Stop using the Thule RideAlong until you have completed the steps described below.

• You can determine if the bicycle child seat is affected by the recall by the product number and date code located on the underside of the child seat. • Locate the product label underneath the bicycle child seat and read the first line • The product label format is product article number/year/month • Product article number: 100107, Year: 17, i.e., 2017 Month: 10, i.e., October

If you find a QC 2024 label next to the product label, the bicycle child seat has already been inspected and is safe to use regardless of the date.

• Visit Thule's website here to register for the replacement of the harness padding, which will be sent directly to you. • Along with the replacement harness, you will receive instructions on how to replace it and return the affected harness. Do not use the Thule RideAlong until you have received a replacement component and replaced the padding for the affected harness with the spare part.

Please note that you will not be charged for this recall.

Please note that this recall is limited to units manufactured from March 2021 to October 2023.

By the Finnish authorities LIEWOOD has been imposed to recall WILLOW PACIFIER STRAP- Art nr; 839996, 839998 and 839997 In the Safety Gate Alerts number A12/02535/23 the Finnish authorities find that the pacifier strap has breakable silicone parts which can oppose a serious choking risk, should a child put it into the mouth.

We wish to assure you that both we and the manufacturer of our products have high standards why we regularly and thoroughly check our production.

Please discard the product in accordance with the local environmental regulations for waste disposal and contact our customer service with the following information (Order number ) to get your refund.

The recall applies to Fällgrind wood in sizes 100cm, 120cm, 150cm in the colors natural and white. In tests, the trap door has been shown to have safety deficiencies such as openings and protruding parts that the child can get stuck in and cause a pinching and suffocation risk. The product has been sold from 2019 to 2023.

Because of this, we urge you to immediately stop using the product!

This pertains only to the product with ID-number 10672. If you have a firetruck with another ID-number, no additional action is required.

The affected firetrucks with the specific ID-number 10672 have been sold between August 2022 to July 2023. If you have purchased an AIDEN firetruck during this time, we encourage you to read the following information from Kid's Concept.

Kid's Concept is issuing an urgent call, as a preventive measure, to all customers who own the AIDEN firetruck with product ID-number 10672 to remove and discard the upper rope part of the fire hose due to the possible choking hazard. The ID number can be found on both the product packaging and on the product. 

Firetrucks with another ID-number other than the one stated are not affected by this issue and no additional action is required.

Skip Hop – Silver Lining Babygym

Note: The recall applies to the raindrops on the toy cloud.

The raindrops on the toy cloud belonging to Silver Lining Babygym can detach from the straps and then pose a CHOKING RISK if a child puts them in the mouth. No injuries have been reported at this time.

Consumers are encouraged to remove the toy cloud from the baby gym and cut off the raindrops. The raindrops must be discarded, and the cloud can then be put back on the baby gym. The recall only applies to the raindrops.

If you wish to receive a new cloud, email a photo of the toy cloud with cut-off raindrops and enter your name, address and mobile number to kundtjanst@amvina.se then they will send you a replacement cloud.

More information: This product had an adjustable side that could be fully lowered and is therefore not compliant with the latest standard as it could pose a potential risk of injury if not used correctly or safely. There is a risk that the child may roll out of the bed and fall to the floor, or get stuck in the gap that may occur between the child's bed and the parents' bed.

Note: Our latest version of Väddö has been updated according to the latest standard and is safe to use.

We have recently reviewed the coat and we feel that the zip puller on the smaller age group (6/12m, 12/24m & 2/3y) should be removed for safety.

The zip puller has passed all testing at an approved laboratory and complies with British Safety Standards but due to the size of the puller and the age range of the coat we personally feel it would be best if it is taken off.

If you still have the coat in size 6/12m, 12/24m and 2/3Y, please cut off the puller and discard of it safely. It can easily be removed with scissors without damaging the garment.

Recall for security reasons due to:

As the cords on which the activity toys are suspended can come apart, whereby the wooden parts can fall off the activity center causing small parts / balls. Small parts / balls present a serious choking hazard for small children. The product has been on the market since April 2018 and sold through Sebra’s retailers – shops and online stores, mainly in Europe.

We ask you to immediately dispose of the product in an environmentally friendly way and we have of course refunded you for this product.

Background to the voluntary recall

At Sebra, product quality and safety are of outmost importance, which is why we have implemented a voluntary recall.

In November, Sebra received an enquiry from an attentive parent who noticed that the cords on which the activity toys were suspended had started to come apart, causing some wooden parts to fall off the activity centre. In this case, the Baby Gym had been used with one child without any issue, but it had then been passed on to the next child in the family, which is when the parent became aware of the problem. Even though the Baby Gym has passed tensile tests and is com- pliant with applicable safety standards (Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC) for toys for children under 3 years of age, Sebra decided to launch an investigation based on the above incident.

It turns out that the cord we chose for the product, a strong material also used for mountaineering equipment, needs to be replaced about every 3 years to maintain its durability and strength. Exposure to sunlight may shorten its shelf life. A Baby Gym should therefore not suffer from this problem when new, but after several years – or in the event of inappropriate exposure to sunlight – it could present a safety issue.

We are recalling item 610216 - Baghera Jet Plane Blue, after an inspection by DGCCRF it has been found that the propeller of the product is fragile and may break if the product falls to the ground. Small parts may detach and pose a danger to small children who may eat them (this only applies to the blue aircraft).

Recall on Joudoo Bamboo kids food set, as they do not meet the requirements of EU Regulation No. 10/2011. Joudoo Bamboo kids food set contains a mixture of bamboo fibers and plastic. This mixture is not approved for products intended for food contact.

Herobility has received a few complaints regarding the Eco Feeding Spoon (also included in the Eco Placemat Feeding Set) and the Eco Baby Spoon and Fork broken into small parts. As these small parts can pose a choking risk, we have chosen to recall the product.

- Check if your baby car seat is a BeSafe iZi Go X1 (not BeSafe iZi Go Modular X1 i-Size).

- If your serial number is between ZG0247548 and ZG(0)270529, please contact your nearest selected BeSafe retailer immediately here to have the seat repaired.

Caregivers who purchased a BeSafe iZi Go X1 that was manufactured on 9 March 2020 or later, verify that the seat has a “Check 2020” sticker next to the serial number sticker.

We have become aware that some of the webbing straps that belong to the Klapp Safety Rail have had a minor misplacement of the button on the strap: Some straps have a button that differs 10 mm from the correct placement, this causes some of the straps to be 10 mm looser.

To be on the safe side we're sending all customers that have purchased a Safety Rail, a new and redesigned webbing.

We want to be certain that no old webbing straps remain in circulation.

Lack of security: We emphasize safety in our products and we regret to inform you that a recent test has found a concentration of the substance SCCP in the cord of our LED Mini Ball String Light White.

The report has been prepared by the Swedish research institute ALS Scandinavia AB and concludes that the cord has a SCCP content of 0.48%-0.49% compared to the limit value of 0.15%.

The content in the cord does not cause any direct damage. It does not live up to the requirements prescribed by the chemical’s legislation.

Lack of security:

Customers who have a Stokke Steps Chair together with Stokke Steps Bouncer or Newborn Set may in certain circumstances experience that the bouncer or newborn seat does not properly attach even if the lock indicator shows green. If it happens, there is a risk that the product will be released from the chair, for example if a sibling or parent leans against it, and it may pose a danger to the child.

The recall applies only Stokke Steps Bouncer abd Stokke Steps Newborn Set produced between February 2014 and December 21, 2018.

Security is always our top priority at Liewood.

Therefore, we ask all customers who have purchased our MERETE WOOD RATTLE & AYDA WOOD RATTLE to stop using it immediately.

Liewood is recalling all MERETE & AYDA rattles, as it has come to our attention that the top and bottom of the rattle can come loose, posing a danger to the child.

We always test our products to meet international standards - in this case, safety standard EN71-1/2/3, and despite the product passing these tests, we have unfortunately observed the above-mentioned faults for these rattles.

For Liewood, children are the most important in the world, and we have zero tolerance when it comes to our safety. We want to offer safe products, and in this case, where we are informed of a safety issue with one of our products, we react immediately. Therefore, we are recalling the MERETE & AYDA WOOD RATTLE.

We have discovered that there are defects in the quality of products sold between August 2016 and August 2018. The defect that has been discovered is that in some cases the fabric in the seams of the lying part itself has started to come apart and then release at the edge after prolonged use.

If you are unsure whether your product may be affected by this quality issue, you can check the serial number located on a silver label on one of the legs. The serial number should look like below where the red marked is the year of manufacture.

If the product was manufactured before 2018 (2017 or earlier), the changing table needs to be checked.

As this fabric is part of the supporting structure, it is important that you check the seams of your changing table carefully. If you see signs that the fabric is starting to come apart, we would be happy to send you a new one as there is a risk of the baby slipping off the changing table and injuring himself if it goes so far that the edge loosens. The fabric sent out can be easily fitted to the product in the same way as the previous fabric.
