Banwood founders Juan Manuel Torralyo Castro and Frida Jonsby met in Germany, where they discovered that Frida’s eye for design and Juan’s family history of manufacutring was a great match. Their mutual interest in bikes and their desire to make something different, focusing on safety, high quality and timeless design, resulted in Banwood, a family owned lifestyle brand with a passion for creating high-end cycling products for children.
